HotelRest Consultant & Coaching is a French company specialised in the Hospitality and Food businesses.
We are based in Marseilles, South of France and we have representatives in Paris and other French cities, London, Bruxelles, Québec, Jakarta and Switzerland.
We can also travel worldwide to share our knowledges if required.
HotelRest was founded in 2007 by Jean-Pascal Léger and is part of a company called, TR6, which was created in 2000 and is cerfied ISO 9001 V2000 by IMoody France.

who are our consultants

Our team is composed of Professionnals individuals wha have studied in the best universities of Europe.
They have all work for many years in luxurious hotels and palaces, such as the Ritz, Walt Disney World Florida. Some have worked for internationals groups in the hotel and catering industry such as ACCOR, Relais & Châteaux, Leading Hotels of the World  and others have worked with famous Chefs such as Paul Bocuse, Roger Vergé, Gaston Lenôtre, Pierre Gagnaire or Jeremiah Tower a former chef leader of the Californian Cuisine.
